On Confused Bunnies

Sometimes I feel a little guilty about shirking my comic (and other work) to chase after brief obsessions. Currently my obsessive fun is this doodle i'm working on.


Idea belongs to Travis, who put my cintiq to good use by using it to doodle in MS Paint. Its unfortunate that moments of artistic inspiration hits me when i'm busiest with non art things...
Goals for this are screen toning for use as a test case in our graphics project,
and colouring just because i want to. I haven't quite figured out what style of colouring i'd like to use for this. I usually like elaborate coloring schemes, although in this case, i feel like it would distract from the hilarity on the bare linework. On the other hand, i despise the cell shaded look. Maybe an ink wash with paler more toned down colors.
